About The Position

Currently enrolled student at UWS in good academic standing
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of a wide-range of sports or willingness to learn
Experience in program planning
Officiating Experience
CPR/AED-Adult & First Aid certifications
Bloodborne Pathogen Training to Level: 2A

Responsibilities

Schedule all leagues and tournament games
Schedule, manage, develop, and evaluate intramural officials
Assist in the development and implementation of intramural officials trainings
Organize and attend all officials trainings and clinics
Oversee Campus Recreation facilities during and after intramural events
Oversee the set up and take down of intramural or special events
Communicate effectively with all staff members
Provide disciplinary action to intramural officials and/or participants as necessary
Conduct and supervise captain’s meetings
Actively recruit participants
Complete all necessary forms and paperwork
Attend all required meetings
Other duties as assigned
