About The Position

ReVisionz is seeking experienced Smart 3D Electrical Designers for a U.S. nuclear project. The role involves converting existing Structural Revit models into Smart 3D, developing detailed 3D models for structural systems under the direction of structural engineering. Responsibilities include modeling structural steel, concrete, platforms, stairs, supports, equipment foundations, embeds, and penetrations. The designer will also produce drawings, material take-offs, and fabrication or construction deliverables. Coordination with piping, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, and architectural teams is essential to prevent clashes and support safe installation, access, and maintenance. Due to the nuclear facility context, adherence to rigorous design standards, seismic and load requirements, quality-assurance procedures, and configuration-management controls is mandatory to ensure accuracy, traceability, and alignment through design changes and as-built updates. The initial project duration is expected to be around 4+ months, with potential for extension, though not guaranteed.

  • Candidates with citizenships from other countries must be listed in Appendix A to Part 810, Title 10 Generally Authorized Destinations to be eligible.
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug and alcohol test, and a NATO security/background check.
  • Willing to complete a S3D skills assessment following a successful interview.
