About The Position

ReVisionz is currently building a pool of experienced Smart 3D HVAC designers to support a U.S. nuclear project. The work involves converting existing Revit HVAC models into Smart 3D. This role is expected to develop and maintain the detailed 3D model for HVAC systems under the direction of HVAC and mechanical engineering. The role typically includes modelling ductwork, ventilation equipment, dampers, supports, penetrations and associated components; producing drawings and material take-offs; and coordinating with structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation and architectural teams to prevent clashes and support safe installation, operation and maintenance. Because the work supports a nuclear facility, the designer must follow rigorous design standards, quality-assurance procedures and configuration-management controls to ensure the model, drawings and physical plant remain accurate, traceable and aligned through design changes and as-built updates. The project is expected to have 4+ months or so duration initially. While we expect project continuance, we cannot guarantee an extension.
