About The Position

ReVisionz is seeking experienced Smart 3D Electrical Designers for a U.S. nuclear project. The role involves converting existing Revit Electrical models into Smart 3D. The designer will develop and maintain the detailed 3D model of electrical systems under the direction of electrical engineering. Responsibilities include placing electrical equipment, routing cable trays, conduits, duct banks and cables, producing drawings and material take-offs, and coordinating with structural, mechanical, piping, instrumentation and construction teams to prevent clashes and support safe installation, access and maintenance. Due to the nuclear facility context, strict adherence to design standards, quality-assurance procedures, and configuration-management controls is required to ensure model data, drawings, and the physical plant remain accurate, consistent, and fully traceable through design changes and as-built updates. The project is initially expected to last 4+ months, with potential for extension, though not guaranteed.

Requirements

  • Strong and recent proficiency in Smart 3D Electrical Design (both modeling and drawing production) experience, used in the last 3 years in an industrial, EPC, owner/operator, oil and gas, chemical, energy, or process industry environment.

  • Candidates with citizenships from other countries must be listed in Appendix A to Part 810, Title 10 Generally Authorized Destinations.
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug and alcohol test, and a NATO security/background check.
  • Willing to complete a S3D skills assessment following a successful interview.
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 100 Mb/s.
