McCain is embarking on a global supply chain planning and S&OP transformation to improve how we plan and operate our business and supply chain. Key challenges with today’s processes include a lack of data connectivity, a lack of engagement from all functions, and a significant time requirement to create demand and supply plans. We are looking to add a Program Manager to help our business and technology transformation teams organize around value, prioritize the work, and remove the blockers to success. As McCain Foods embarks on a global digital transformation, the S&OP Project Manager (Business Transformation) will play a critical role in modernizing supply chain planning capabilities across the organization. This role leads the execution of large-scale, global technology and process initiatives, ensuring successful deployment of best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) solutions across all McCain regions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments.
