About The Position

McCain is undertaking a significant global supply chain planning and S&OP transformation aimed at enhancing business and supply chain operations. The current processes face challenges such as a lack of data connectivity, insufficient cross-functional engagement, and considerable time investment in demand and supply planning. This role is crucial for supporting the business and technology transformation teams by organizing around value, prioritizing work, and removing obstacles to ensure success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Strong project management expertise.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership roles in major projects and programs.
  • Proven ability to drive improvements using both Agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing upward with senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and familiarity with digital trends and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to effectively collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, analytical thinking, and program delivery within financial and resource constraints.
  • Proficient with project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining focus on overall business objectives.
  • Experience working with globally distributed internal colleagues and multiple third-party partners.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple initiatives aligned with the S&OP program.
  • Manage the initiation, planning, controlling, monitoring, execution, and closing of projects linked to contracted deliveries.
  • Build project strategies for assigned projects using agile or waterfall methodologies.
  • Facilitate creativity, foster collaboration, remove impediments, facilitate meetings, and empower team members.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and at a high level of quality.
  • Manage risks, adjust schedules and tasks to meet committed timelines.
  • Lead projects effectively.
