About The Position

McCain is embarking on a global supply chain planning and S&OP transformation to improve how we plan and operate our business and supply chain. Key challenges with today’s processes include a lack of data connectivity, a lack of engagement from all functions, and a significant time requirement to create demand and supply plans. We are looking to add a Program Manager to help our business and technology transformation teams organize around value, prioritize the work, and remove the blockers to success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in the industry
  • Strong project management expertise
  • At least 3 years managing teams
  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership roles in major projects and programs
  • Proven ability to drive improvements using both Agile and traditional methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, including leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing upward with senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and familiarity with digital trends and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to effectively collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, analytical thinking, and program delivery within financial and resource constraints.
  • Proficient with project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project, and adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining focus on overall business objective.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP and Agile certifications (CSM/SAFe) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple initiatives aligned to the S&OP program.
  • Responsible for the initiation, planning, controlling, monitoring, execution of and closing of projects linked to contracted deliveries.
  • Building project strategies for assigned projects using agile or the waterfall methodologies.
  • Facilitate creativity, help team members work together, remove impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, foster team empowerment and entrepreneurship, and enable the team to complete tasks on time at a high level of quality through team management, planning, project clarification, and process ownership.
  • Manage risks, adjust schedules and tasks to meet committed timelines and lead projects.
