The Regional Vice President (RVP), drives sales growth of Delaware Life annuity products and services and key strategic sales initiatives. The RVP collaborates with the Delaware Life National Sales Consulting team to develop and deliver field plans and activities contributing to sales growth. Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, the RVP is responsible for effectively managing a specified territory to deliver profitable product sales, active engagement in the use of data and technology to mine opportunities for focused growth, and building annual sales plans for strong results. This position is focused on development of sales and business relationships in the established territory of Houston and San Antonio, TX. It is permissible for this person to reside in a 75-mile radius of either city. The individual in this role is required to reside in the territory to which they are assigned.
