As a Disability Income Regional Wholesaler, you will play a critical role in expanding the reach and impact of MassMutual’s Individual Disability Insurance (IDI) solutions within MassMutual Financial Advisors (MMFA). You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in your assigned territory, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted partner to financial professionals and General Agents. In this role, you will influence advisor behavior, develop sales strategies, and own outcomes tied to territory performance while partnering closely with an internal wholesaler to drive results. You will be part of the MassMutual Financial Advisors (MMFA) Disability Income sales organization, a collaborative, performance-driven group focused on delivering best-in-class income protection solutions. The team is comprised of experienced external and internal wholesalers who share a passion for consultative selling, advisor education, and long-term relationship building. Team members regularly partner with financial advisors, General Agents, and internal stakeholders across sales management, product, and operations.
