About The Position

We are hiring an experienced RV Service Technician to join a growing service team. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with your hands, and having variety in your day, this could be a great next step. Our technicians work on much more than basic maintenance. RVs combine automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, which means every day brings something different. Already have RV experience? We want to talk with you. Coming from automotive, diesel, fleet maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or another mechanical trade? Your skills may transfer extremely well into this industry.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Electrical diagnostic experience
• Ability to troubleshoot rather than simply replace parts
• Comfortable using diagnostic tools and reading wiring diagrams
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and professional work habits
• Commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• RVTI certification is highly valued
• Experienced technicians with transferable mechanical and diagnostic skills
• RVTI Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 certifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems and components.
• Troubleshoot 12V and 120V electrical systems.
• Diagnose wiring, battery, charging, and power issues.
• Repair plumbing and water systems.
• Service air conditioning and heating systems.
• Diagnose furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters, and other appliances.
• Repair slide-outs, leveling systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Identify the root cause of customer concerns.
• Complete repairs correctly and efficiently.
• Document repairs and parts used.
• Communicate findings clearly with the service team.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
