About The Position

Blue Compass RV is hiring an energetic and dependable RV Sales Lot Porter to help keep dealership inventory moving and the lot clean and customer-ready. The role involves moving and organizing RVs and trailers, staging units for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs, and coordinating with sales and service teams. It also includes light detailing and general upkeep, with safety and company procedures followed at all times. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment.
• Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs.
• Work with sales and service teams to ensure the right RV is in the right place.
• Assist with light detailing and general upkeep.
• Support lot movement and inventory flow.
• Follow safety practices and company procedures.
