About The Position

Blue Compass RV is hiring an energetic and dependable RV Sales Lot Porter to help keep dealership inventory organized, presentable, and moving efficiently. The role involves moving and staging RVs and trailers, maintaining a clean, customer-ready lot, and supporting sales and service teams with inventory flow. The position includes a structured training and career development program, with potential pathways into sales, service, or operations. The job requires outdoor work in varied weather, active work throughout the shift, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment.
Keep the dealership lot clean, sharp, and customer-ready.
Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure the right RV is in the right place.
Assist with light detailing and general upkeep of inventory.
Support lot movement and inventory flow.
Follow company safety procedures and remain alert.
