About The Position

Blue Compass RV is seeking an energetic and dependable RV Sales Lot Porter to help keep its dealership lot organized and customer-ready. The role involves moving and arranging RVs and trailers, staging vehicles for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs, and supporting inventory flow in coordination with sales and service teams. The porter also assists with light detailing and general upkeep and follows company safety procedures. This outdoor, active position includes structured training and career development, with opportunities to grow into sales, service, or operations roles.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize RVs and trailers using a forklift or other equipment.
• Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Stage RVs for display, delivery, and customer walkthroughs.

• Assist with light detailing and general upkeep.
