• Car sales or automotive dealerships experience
• Retail sales (especially high-ticket or commission-based)
• Customer-facing roles where performance matters

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and travel goals
• Guide them to the right RV and walk them through the buying process
• Follow up on leads (we provide them) and build your own pipeline
• Present products confidently and close deals
• Stay organized using our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up
