Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and competitive mindset
- Ability to manage follow-ups and stay organized
- Coachable, positive, and team-oriented
- Experience in Car sales or automotive dealerships
- Experience in Retail sales (especially high-ticket or commission-based)
- Experience in Customer-facing roles where performance matters
- Experience in Competitive environments (sports, commissions, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and travel goals
- Guide them to the right RV and walk them through the buying process
- Follow up on leads (we provide them) and build your own pipeline
- Present products confidently and close deals
- Stay organized using our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up
