Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills

- Car sales or automotive dealerships experience
- Retail sales experience (especially high-ticket or commission-based)
- Customer-facing roles where performance matters

Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and travel goals
- Guide them to the right RV and walk them through the buying process
- Follow up on leads (we provide them) and build your own pipeline
- Present products confidently and close deals
- Stay organized using our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up
