About The Position

We are seeking a highly competitive and customer-focused individual to join our sales team. Previous sales experience is not required; we are looking for candidates with a great attitude, a talent for dealing with people, and a drive to win. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this RV sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential. The role involves understanding and implementing the dealership sales process, managing all aspects of client relationships from prospecting to vehicle delivery, presenting and demonstrating inventory, and maintaining daily inventory reports. You will also be responsible for creating strategies to increase market share, preparing monthly plans with sales leadership, and meeting dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units sold. Staying updated on products and market trends is essential, as is familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. To maximize earning potential, willingness to work weekends is required. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement the dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up to date on products, market trends, and certification
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends
  • Other duties as assigned
