The RV Finance Manager will be responsible for strategically selecting lenders, securing approvals, and maximizing every call to ensure the best structure for both the customer and the dealership. This role involves obtaining clear customer commitment, finalizing deliveries with precision and professionalism, and managing contract placement to optimize F&I PVR and overall store performance. The Finance Manager will partner closely with the sales desk to structure profitable, approvable deals, adhere to all F&I processes and compliance standards, and oversee Contracts in Transit (CIT) for fast, clean funding. Key performance metrics such as F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration will be tracked and analyzed. The role also includes participating in sales and F&I development meetings, supporting the General Manager and Sales Manager by training the sales team on F&I processes, and representing the company values with integrity.
