RV Detailer
About The Position
Blue Compass RV Bend is seeking an RV Detailer to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of their RVs, ensuring they are ready for customers. This role involves detailed cleaning of both the interior and exterior of RVs, preparing them for demonstrations, displays, and deliveries. Additionally, the RV Detailer will assist with lot porter duties, such as organizing the lot and moving RVs, with provided training. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in auto detailing, car washes, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning, who are active, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a team environment. Previous RV experience is not a prerequisite.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean, organized, and safe
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet most of the day
- A team-first attitude and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn how to safely move and maneuver RVs
Nice To Haves
- Previous detailing or cleaning experience preferred
- Forklift or large-vehicle experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean RV interiors and exteriors to prepare them for customers, demonstrations, and deliveries
- Clean windows, floors, furniture, and other interior surfaces
- Use vacuums, power washers, and polishing tools
- Ensure RVs are showroom-ready and meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Identify and report any damage or maintenance concerns to the appropriate team member
- Safely move RVs across the lot or into service bays using forklifts or tow vehicles after completing the appropriate training
- Keep the lot organized, neat, and ready for customers and deliveries
- Support service and sales teams with vehicle staging, event setup, and other lot needs
- Perform basic visual inspections and report any concerns
