About The Position

As an RV Detailer at Kunes RV, you will clean and detail cars and RVs to meet company quality standards and customer expectations. The work includes washing, vacuuming, waxing, polishing, restoring and protecting vehicle surfaces, inspecting completed vehicles, assisting customers, managing detailing supplies, and moving vehicles safely. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a 7-year background check.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot and address imperfections.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work well on a team, follow company standards, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Successfully pass a 7-year background check as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Prior detailing experience; not required.
Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and working with cleaning agents for long hours.

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior detailing of RVs, including hand washing, vacuuming, waxing, and polishing.
Use detailing equipment such as buffers, steamers, and vacuums to clean and restore vehicle interiors and exteriors.
Apply cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to improve vehicle appearance and protect surfaces.
Inspect vehicles and document issues for review to ensure they meet quality standards.
Assist customers with vehicle requests and communicate throughout the detailing process.
Track detailing supplies and ensure tools and products are stocked and ready for use.
Safely park, move, and deliver vehicles as needed while maintaining an organized workspace.
