About The Position

European Service at Home, an Illinois leader in in-home services, is seeking a committed Care Coordinator for its local Grayslake office. The role provides responsive, compassionate customer service to senior clients and includes case management and direct supervision of Home Care Aides. Starting wage is $25 per hour, based on experience. The Care Coordinator works with a team to meet office workload and goals, builds trusted client-centered relationships to support continued engagement in care services, and serves as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving. The position also involves evaluating, planning, coordinating, and managing Home Care Aides, maintaining relationships with the Community Care Unit, and keeping client and employee records complete and current.

Requirements

Basic computer and office experience.
Ability to effectively delegate.
Excellent communication in English.
High school diploma.

Responsibilities
