About The Position
European Service at Home, an Illinois leader in in-home services, is seeking a committed Care Coordinator for its local Grayslake office. The role provides responsive, compassionate customer service to senior clients and includes case management and direct supervision of Home Care Aides. The position is titled Russian Speaking Home Care Coordinator in the posting.
Requirements
- Excellent reading and writing skills.

- Basic computer and office experience.
- Ability to effectively delegate.
- Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment to help accomplish the office's workload and goals.
- Build and foster trusted, client-centered relationships to keep clients engaged in care services based on the Care Program.
- Serve as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving.
- Evaluate, plan, coordinate, and manage Home Care Aides to ensure the client's and company's best interests.
- Maintain a good-standing relationship with the Community Care Unit.
- Ensure client and employee records are complete and current.
