About The Position

We are looking to expand our pool of tutors in the Hillsborough County district area for the upcoming school year. You will provide support in elementary schools, middle schools or high schools! Bilingual candidates are welcomed to apply! This role offers competitive pay, the opportunity to earn a program completion bonus, and a flexible schedule of 10-35 hours per week. Requirements

Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program).
Participate in monthly training.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep.
Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive academically and personally.
