About The Position

Works with local lead agencies, academic institutions, community partners, and regional social service and healthcare networks. Responsibilities include coordinating rural-centric workforce training and development initiatives; designing, adapting, and implementing training curricula; organizing a regional career and professional development conference; planning and facilitating monthly technical assistance sessions for peer support, traditional health, and social service staff; and conducting targeted outreach to identify and recruit training participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public health, social work, community development, social services, public administration or a related field
  • Two (2) years experience in community coordination, training logistics or program management
  • Any equivalent combination of experience, education and training
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver’s license and automobile insurance
  • Must have access to and use of a personal automobile as a condition of employment
