Responsibilities include coordinating rural-centric workforce training and development initiatives; designing, adapting, and implementing training curricula; organizing a regional career and professional development conference; planning and facilitating monthly technical assistance sessions for peer support, traditional health, and social service staff; and conducting targeted outreach to identify and recruit training participants.
