About The Position

The RHT Mobile Simulation Consultant adjunct role supports the planning, training, and start-up development of the mobile simulation component of the Rural Health Transformation initiative. This adjunct position focuses primarily on assisting with the development and coordination of personnel training, onboarding processes, and operational readiness activities needed to launch the mobile simulation program. The consultant serves as a simulation subject matter expert, providing input on workflow design, equipment selection, procurement planning, and operational processes. Working closely with RHT simulation leadership and the full-time mobile simulation position, this role supports the establishment of effective systems and staff readiness during program implementation. This position is intended to support start-up planning and workforce preparation rather than the ongoing management of the full-time mobile simulation program. This is a part-time adjunct consultant role. Approximately 10 hours per week, with workload varying based on project needs, meeting schedules, procurement activities, and other engagements.
