About The Position

Fearless Restaurants is seeking a Runner to join their team at White Dog Cafe. White Dog Cafe is known for its award-winning contemporary American cuisine, civic engagement, and environmental sustainability. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with charming and whimsical dog decor and artwork across four distinctive dining areas and an outdoor patio. The menu changes monthly, focusing on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. The ideal candidate is positive, quick, responsible, hands-on, a team player with strong communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks with grace and composure.

Requirements

• Be happy and constantly smiling!
• Ability to carry 30 lbs
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
• Demonstrate competency in steps of service
• Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items, especially allergies
• Provide genuine hospitality
• Demonstrate proper professional decorum
• Expedite the line during service
• Memorize all table numbers and seat numbers
• Carry a tray of plates from the kitchen to guests' tables
