About The Position

Fearless Restaurants is seeking a positive, quick, responsible, hands-on, and team-oriented Busser with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate can handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner with grace and composure. Fearless Restaurant Group is a multi-concept group of 10 independent restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA and Long Beach Island, NJ. White Dog Cafe, a part of this group, is known for its award-winning contemporary American cuisine, civic engagement, environmental sustainability, warm hospitality, and inspiring food. The restaurant features charming and whimsical dog decor and artwork across four distinctive dining areas: The Den and Bar, The Garden Room, The Library, and The Kitchen. Chef's menus change monthly to ensure the use of the freshest local and seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
• Demonstrate competency in steps of service
• Maintain accurate knowledge on all menu items
• Provide genuine hospitality
• Demonstrate professionalism
• Be comfortable expediting the line
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room
• Assist servers and food runners when necessary
