About The Position

The Bartender position at Fearless Restaurant Group is an opportunity to welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, neighborhood cafe. This role requires a positive, responsible, and team-oriented individual with strong communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with composure. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn and grow within the organization and a passion for creating inspiring, flavorful dishes using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Fearless Restaurant Group is a multi-concept group with 10 independent restaurants in Philadelphia, PA, and Long Beach Island, NJ, known for its talent, teamwork, resources, and a workplace built on loyalty and respect. White Dog Cafe, specifically, offers award-winning contemporary American cuisine, civic engagement, and environmental sustainability, with a charming and whimsical dog-themed decor across its four distinctive dining areas.

Requirements

• Be happy and constantly smiling!
• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate professionalism.
• Have a knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails.
• 2+ years of bar experience.
• RAMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace.
• Demonstrate competency in all steps of service.
• Build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and the beverage program.
• Provide genuine hospitality.
• Interpret guest’s desires and bring them to life in liquid form.
