About The Position

The Runner / Barback supports bartenders and servers by ensuring the bar and dining areas remain fully stocked, clean, organized, and operating efficiently. This position plays a key role in maintaining excellent guest service by assisting with beverage service, replenishing supplies, and supporting overall operations.

Requirements

• Ability to restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies throughout the shift.
• Ability to assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, stocking glassware, and maintaining bar cleanliness.
• Ability to deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ability to remove used glassware, dishes, and debris from bar and dining areas.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness of bar stations, service areas, walk-ins, and storage rooms.
• Ability to refill ice bins and ensure beverage stations are adequately supplied.
• Ability to assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Ability to monitor and replenish inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
• Ability to follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to support servers, bartenders, and management in providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to respond promptly to guest requests and team member needs.
• Ability to assist with special events, banquets, and high-volume service periods as needed.
