About The Position
SunDrop Restaurant is seeking a Barback/Runner to join their team. This role involves supporting the bar, bussing tables, and running food orders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

- Previous restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
- Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
- Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.
- Assist servers with guest requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to guests.
- Verify plate presentation and accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
- Assist with expo station organization and cleanliness.
- Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests.
