WHK BioSystems is seeking a Rubber Molding Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing, even if they do not have prior molding experience. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The Rubber Molding Operator will support daily production activities by operating molding equipment, inspecting parts, following work instructions, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on molding equipment and production processes.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate rubber molding equipment and related production machinery.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Inspect molded parts for quality and report defects or production concerns.
- Trim, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or next operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with machine setup, material handling, and basic production support tasks as needed.
- Work closely with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to meet production goals.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a positive team environment.
