Requirements

• Willingness to work in a hands-on, manual labor role
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use hand tools and tape measurer effectively
• Ability to follow step-by-step work instructions accurately

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read simple drawings and blueprints
• Previous experience with rubber lining or similar manual processes
• Good sense of quality to ensure the job is done right the first time
• Teamwork skills to collaborate well within a group environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare pipes and hoses for rubber lining by rolling or painting interior surfaces after sandblasting, ensuring surfaces are ready for application.
• Apply rubber to interior surfaces by following detailed instructions, drawings, and sketches, ensuring precision and quality in every lining.
• Use layout tables to accurately lay out rubber components according to blueprint tolerances, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Load, unload, and handle materials mechanically and manually within the facility as required to support production flow.
