About The Position

Under the supervision of the general manager and/or division admin manager, the primary responsibility of the RSR Administrator is to initiate the installation files to prepare for the residential replacement department. This role also involves ensuring compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures and undertaking special projects as requested by management to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of administrative experience.
  • Computer literate with expert knowledge in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of all office equipment.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in pulling permits, and scheduling inspections and jobs, preferred.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry, preferred.
  • Service Titan experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to speak Spanish, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Install jobs are processed for permitting
  • Process billing for all Installs jobs & Service jobs
  • Collecting AR Balance due from customers
  • Validate Invoices
  • Generating Daily Reports
  • Process Bank of America Deposits
  • Validate Extended Warranty purchases
  • Register equipment on Manufacture website
  • Validate customer has active Monthly or Annual Membership
  • Process Manufacture rebates.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
  • Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
