About The Position

Since opening our 'virtual' doors in 1995, Amazon has been pushing the boundaries of ‘possible’ further and further, striving to be the most customer-centric company on Earth. The entire business works hard to delight customers, from online order placement to seamless coordination behind the scenes, emphasizing agility, fluidity, and intentionality, guided by the Leadership Principle of Bias for Action. Rural Super Rural (RSR) is an organization within Amazon dedicated to ensuring customers receive deliveries and are satisfied with service, even in remote areas. RSR combines operations and support teams to innovate the last mile delivery process and bring smiles to customers. Amazon is seeking self-motivated Driver Trainers to build a network of customer-centric Delivery Associates. As a Driver Trainer, you should have a passion for mentoring, be comfortable teaching and guiding large groups, and believe in hands-on training and drive-alongs to instill safe practices.
