About The Position
This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting a wide variety of research data. The position will design and conduct research, including selecting data samples, developing research instruments, analyzing collected information according to established statistical methods, and developing recommendations based on research findings. The analyst will also prepare reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids to interpret and communicate data and results. The department serves a large number of families at or below the poverty line and recent immigrants, providing specialty mental health care embedded in a primary care setting with 2,000 annual encounters. The FQHC integrates a multidisciplinary team that is highly collaborative and motivated to work with the population.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively manage time and see assigned parts of projects through to completion on deadline.
- Basic consultation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Performs basic statistical and data analysis under direct supervision.
- Collects research data and prepares it for analysis.
- Assists with study design proposals and survey instruments.
- Supports testing of research instruments and data sources.
- Assists with evaluation and research of data reporting products.
- Develops knowledge in areas of storage, documentation and dissemination of computerized data.
