About The Position

The Parent Group Leader is responsible for planning and guiding bi-weekly parent activities. The Parent Group Leader has the joint responsibility with the Pre-Kindergarten teacher and paraprofessional for planning and implementing the learning experiences of parents/ surrogate parents who serve as volunteers in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Parent Group Leaders also make home visits, plan and execute adult field trips, and provide resources for families to support learning at home.
