RPN Clinic and Community Nurse
About The Position
Bayshore HealthCare is one of Canada’s leading providers of home and community health care services. We are looking for passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our amazing team of healthcare professionals. You will utilize your clinical expertise to ensure our clients receive the highest quality Nursing care, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Delivered with empathy, excellence, and reliability, our care prioritizes the comfort and safety of our clients in their own care setting. We are looking for a candidate that will be availability for 12-hour shifts. These will be 8am until 8pm, for a minimum of 7 shifts, bi-weekly. You must be available for every other weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
- Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
- Valid CPR certification
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
- Proof of being free from TB
- Two supervisory references

- French language proficiency considered an asset
