About The Position

We are looking for an experienced RPG Operations / RPG Developer with 3+ years of experience to join a dynamic team. This role will focus on the development, maintenance, and production support of applications running on IBM i (AS/400), with strong hands-on experience in RPG programming, DB2/400, and SQL for iSeries. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with RPG/400, RPGLE, and Free-Format RPG, as well as application development and maintenance within IBM i environments.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in RPG programming
Hands-on experience with IBM i / AS/400
Strong experience with RPG/400, RPGLE, and Free-Format RPG
Hands-on experience with DB2 for i and SQL for iSeries
Experience in application development and maintenance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced English (mandatory)
Strong communication, leadership, empathy, teamwork, and commitment

Nice To Haves

AWS production support experience
Healthcare industry experience

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support applications on the IBM i (AS/400) platform.
Perform programming and application maintenance using RPG/400, RPGLE, and Free-Format RPG.
Work with DB2 for i and SQL for iSeries.
Support database design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Analyze and resolve application incidents and technical issues.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for business-critical applications.
Monitor and prioritize technical tasks according to business and project requirements.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure application stability and availability.
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
