Requirements

US Citizenship
Minimum of 7 years of experience in RPA solution architecture
Strong experience in AI/ML integrations
Experience with Agile methodologies

UiPath RPA Solution Architect Certification
UiPath Agentic AI Certification
Azure / AWS DevSecOps Certified
General AI/ML Certifications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability and leadership in driving technological solutions.

Responsibilities

Leading the technology team and designing the overall structure of the automation solutions, ensuring alignment with the existing IT landscape and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Defining and documenting the technical architecture, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system requirements, selecting the appropriate design solutions, and ensuring that the designs meet both technical and business needs.
Working closely with development teams to provide guidance, ensure the best practices are followed, and support the technical implementation of RPA solutions.
Responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operational standards for all automations.
Championing code reuse within customer org and enabling/supporting citizen development.
