Requirements

  • US Citizenship Required to obtain DOT Public Trust
  • Bachelor’s Degree + min of 3 years of experience
  • One or more Active Ui Path certifications (UiABA, UiARD, UiRPA)
  • Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
  • Specialize in RPA design patterns and practices
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over 3+ years supporting clients in RPA and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance
  • Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices
  • Experience developing and implementing automated RPA processes as a certified developer
  • Experience with RPA design patterns and practices including queue management
  • Understands the use of design principles and when RPA software is suitable
  • Knowledge of quality standards and best practice
  • Enterprise Architecture for Cloud-Based Systems
  • Programming skills in R, Matlab, Java, Python, C, C++, C#, VB, or .NET
  • Ability to identify processes that are ideal for automation and creative problem-solving ability
  • RPA tool (ex: UIPath, PowerAutomate) developer experience
  • Experience creating SOPs and similar process guides to support RPA clients
  • Ability to follow design and coding standards and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Preferable: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Experience
  • Willingness to learn new programs and skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement automation models.
  • Provide technical support of RPA Automation development and implementation in UiPath.
  • Architect and develop workflow-based solutions, as needed.
  • Build code sequences to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
  • Proactively monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot, as needed.
  • Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
  • Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
  • Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
  • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
  • Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
  • Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Acts as team leader on projects.
  • Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
  • Working aside Scrum Master and Business Analyst to align with agile best practices.
  • Partake in a cadence of Scrum ceremonies.
