About The Position

Monarch is hiring a full-time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Williston, North Dakota. The role involves maintaining apartment communities, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, handling resident service requests, supporting apartment turnovers and inspections, and performing snow removal when needed. The technician participates in an on-call rotation as needed. A physical demonstration of job duties is required during the interview process, and candidates must complete pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic.
Team-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
Take pride in completing work correctly the first time.
Complete a physical demonstration of ability to perform job duties during the interview process.
Pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks.
Respond to work orders and resident service requests.
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections.
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Perform snow removal when needed.

Pay of $21.00–$25.00 per hour.
