About The Position

Monarch is hiring a full-time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Williston, North Dakota. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains HVAC systems; handles general apartment and property maintenance; responds to work orders and resident service requests; supports apartment turnovers and unit inspections; participates in an on-call rotation as needed; and performs snow removal when needed. A physical demonstration of the ability to complete job duties is required during the interview process. Pre-employment screening includes a criminal background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic.
• Team player with good communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Takes pride in doing things right the first time.
• Must complete a physical demonstration of ability to perform job duties during the interview process.
• Must complete pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
