About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Compliance Specialist in Colorado. This position will provide business support on various regulatory procedures and site-level compliance. The primary focus will be on providing administrative support for HUD and Tax Credit-assisted projects. The Roving Compliance Specialist should use skills to train, motivate, and empower our associates to reach their goals and those of the property.

Requirements

• Experience in managing multifamily properties
• Educate staff by providing training and guidance
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and organization skills
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years related experience and/or training in (HUD, LIHTC or other government-sponsored housing programs)

Responsibilities
