About The Position
As a Wax Specialist, you’ll help guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable by providing excellent body waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products. Our centers offer an upbeat, professional, and team-driven environment where your passion for beauty can turn into a successful career!
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in [LOCATION] (experience preferred but not required)
- Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and master full-body waxing (paid training provided)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 25 lbs., and reach items stored at various heights
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus

- Provide excellent body waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products.
- Recommend the best products, services, and wax passes to increase commission earnings.
- Engage with guests to impact paycheck through effort, performance, and guest connections.
