Requirements

  • 6–12 months of property management experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in new environments
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Basic Fair Housing knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and schedule flexibility

Nice To Haves

  • Leasing + Assistant Manager experience preferred
  • Experience with Yardi, Entrata, or similar (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Travel between properties to fill staffing gaps and support teams
  • Jump into daily operations (leasing, admin, office support)
  • Tour prospects, process applications, and support renewals
  • Assist with rent collection, reporting, and resident files
  • Handle resident concerns and deliver great customer service
  • Coordinate with maintenance and vendors
  • Inspect units and support property upkeep
  • Step into Leasing Agent or Assistant Manager duties as needed
  • Help teams stay organized, compliant, and running smoothly
