Requirements

Acknowledge customers promptly and adhere to Non-Negotiable guidelines.
Handle inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Attention to detail is crucial.
Comply with bank procedures to ensure a high level of security.
Completing necessary documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Neat, professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
Familiarity with tools like the 10-Key Adding Machine.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Acknowledge the customer immediately and follow the Non-Negotiable guidelines.
Handle customer needs and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Balance teller drawer daily and comply with all teller standards and bank procedures.
Keep cash secure to maintain a high level of security.
Complete all necessary documentation for customers in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance and demonstrate dependability and flexibility in performing the duties of this position.
Participate in available training and utilize bank resources and products to strengthen job knowledge.
Cross train to cover other areas and broaden understanding of overall banking services.
Recognize opportunities to cross sell bank products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Excellent Customer Service Skills

Cash handling experience is required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
