About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Router Supervisor at our Rock Hill, SC Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. This is a full-time position on the 3rd shift, Monday - Friday from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The company offers an excellent benefits package, including vacation lodging at exclusive employee resorts.

Requirements

• Proven basic leadership experience
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Organizational, Communication, and Logistical skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of quality freight handling
• Prior LTL leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and dispatch operations
• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
