About The Position
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Inbound Router Supervisor at our Little Rock AR Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with various shifts. The yearly salary is $68,000.
Requirements
- Proven basic leadership experience
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Organizational skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Logistical skills
- Solid problem-solving abilities
- Computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of quality freight handling
- Prior LTL leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Manage dock and dispatch operations
- Driver and Freight Handler Management
- Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
- Ensure Safety Compliance
- Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
- Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
