About The Position
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Inbound Router Supervisor at our Wheeling, IL Service Center. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 yearly. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 10pm - 8am. PTO is available after the first 90 calendar days of employment.
Requirements
- Proven basic leadership experience
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Organizational / Communication/ and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities
- Computer skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of quality freight handling
- Prior LTL leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
- Ensure Safety Compliance
- Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
- Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
- Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
