About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Router Supervisor at our Muskogee, OK Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. This role involves managing driver and freight handler operations, coordinating dock operations and scheduling, ensuring safety and quality freight handling procedures, and timely dispatching of LTL loads. The position requires proven basic leadership experience and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities are essential. Computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and knowledge of the local city and surrounding areas are also required. Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred.
